Historic nugget records show reported gold finds from the past. Use several nearby records to understand the wider goldfield, rather than treating one marker as an exact digging spot. Older locations can be approximate.

Look for patterns across several records, then compare them with creeks, slopes and geology.

Historic locations can be approximate. Past finds do not guarantee gold remains or that it is within detector depth.
